(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term; (c) You have listed a suspicious item; (d) We believe you to be a non-paying bidder. In most cases, when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive, then your account with us will be terminated. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to those who can form a legally-binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under
18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age, the account will be terminated immediately.
This web-site also does not allow automatic programs of any kind to register , buy or sell any items. We have a "bulk-listing" tool to assist our users with large inventories. Use of ANY third-party software in conjunction with our web-site is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in account termination.

This site acts as the window for sellers to conduct auctions, and for bidders to bid on sellers' auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed; the truth or accuracy of the listings; the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot, and do not, control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer, or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.
In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
This web-site shall not be responsible for: any items sold by Auction, any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods, or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained.
This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.

This web-site does not offer refunds of any kind for any reason. All transactions are final. This web-site also reserves the right to suspend any account, store, or auction, wanted ad listing, item swap or any other listing, for any reason, without notice or refund. This web-site will not act as a mediator, "middle-man" or otherwise between two parties for any reason. This web-site will supply transaction records to the user, however, it is not gauranteed. All users must keep personal records of all transactions. Though we will not assist in any dispute resoloution, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction, we will assist you as much as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to change, without notice, any and all fees for using our web-site. These changes will not be retro-active in nature; and will only apply to future transactions.

All pre-determined shipping, taxes or any other additional costs is an estimate, and may be changed at any time without notice. It is also the user, ultimately, that is resonsible for the correct amount for any shipping or taxes. It is the users' responsibility to periodically review these terms for changes. Advertising.

Any material deemed to be offensive, adult in nature, distasteful, or otherwise objectionable to any person, persons, or organizations as deemed by our administrators will not be allowed. In the instance of a code advertisement: Once the code is approved by our staff, It is not subject to changes. If it is changed by the client in anyway after approval; it will be removed without refund. There are no exceptions to this. The safety of those using our webservices is paramount, and unauthorized changes will not be allowed. Third party advertising, and traffic analytic code from third party providers is in place on our website.
